While the public prepares to visit Salon Look, we’ve been living intense days, full of creativity, planning, and, of course, passion. Because attending an international fair is much more than setting up a booth — it’s about creating an experience that truly reflects who we are.

From the outside, attending a fair is like watching a play. The curtains rise, and everything seems perfect: lights, set, actors, dialogues, costumes… But what about the countless unseen hours before the show? The preparation and creation?

The same goes for a brand at a fair — and BrazzCare is no exception. At Salon Look Madrid 2025, we want everything to run smoothly and with a smile. But achieving this requires more than passion or talent: it takes organization, planning, and teamwork.

This is where we feel truly proud of our team. The synergy, dedication, and creativity of each member come together to create something unique and professional.

With just a few days to go (only 4 left!), we want to lift the curtain a little and show you what it really takes to prepare a brand’s presence at a major event.

How Fair Preparation Begins

It all starts with the YES: deciding to participate, choosing the location and size of our booth. Then comes production. The team splits into:

  • Preparing marketing materials
  • Selecting and organizing products
  • Designing and building the stand
  • Creating batam t-shirts and merchandising

Between internal meetings for small but important decisions and external meetings with suppliers, every detail is meticulously planned — including budget management. And this process doesn’t happen in days or weeks — it takes months of preparation.

At the same time, we handle pre-fair communications: social media, email marketing, and all channels to ensure that every word, visual, and script reflects the brand’s essence.

Logistics also require attention: booking flights, accommodations, and sending the product stock that will be available at the fair.

The Big Goal: Inspire and Delight

It’s not just about organization. For months, we’ve been thinking about new ways to inspire, educate, and delight professionals. This year, excitement is even higher because we want to unveil our new visual identity.

Every detail has been designed so that the new BrazzCare can be experienced throughout the space: not only in our product packaging but also in the stand, with vibrant colors and floral elements that reflect our essence. We want every visitor to feel our new identity while experiencing the same professionalism and quality they’ve always trusted.
