How do I place a return or exchange?

Our return policy is strictly 14 days for sealed, unused items.  

For returns, please reach out to manager@brazzcare.com with your order number, and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What are the eligibility criteria for exchanges and returns?

To be eligible for our 14 return, the item must be unused and in the original sealed condition that you received it in. All items must remain in the original packaging and include all registration documents. 

Please note due to hygiene many of our products are exempt from being returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or are deemed faulty.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Just email manager@brazzcare.com with your order number, and the product you are referring to, and we’re happy to help!
